  • Coaching is not therapy. Therapy is based on the idea that the client is unwell and focuses on understanding the past and how it affects current behavior. Coaching, on the other hand, assumes the client is whole and resourceful, and it focuses on self-improvement and growth in the present and future.

  • We typically begin with a free discovery call to clarify your goals and determine if we’re a good fit. If we move forward, sessions are one hour and held weekly or biweekly. Each session starts with a brief mindfulness exercise to create a calm, focused foundation. From there, we’ll unpack challenges, explore insights, and define clear next steps. I offer a 3-month coaching and self-development program, with the option to continue or book one-off sessions as needed.

  • That’s completely normal. Coaching often begins with creating clarity. We’ll explore where you are, identify what matters most, and build structure to help you move forward with focus.

  • Yes. Everything shared is strictly confidential unless there is a risk of harm or legal obligation.
